The Kierland Community Alliance serves as an umbrella organization to coordinate efforts to preserve the quality of life for Kierland area residents. Its goals are to preserve the character, value and attractiveness of the common areas and residential parcels by promoting development standards and guidelines that protect our open space, population density, traffic density and patterns and the unique character of the Kierland neighborhood.

The Kierland Community Alliance serves as a collaborative effort among Kierland residents and businesses to preserve the neighborhood character and quality of life through increased communication on behalf of residents with planning authorities and in developing and monitoring standards for future development in the neighborhood.
